Unconditional Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your Trak Planner, or if the Trak Planner does not perform to your satisfaction, please return it to us for repair, replacement or partial to full refund dependent on the issue, time of year and level of wear and tear. We will do everything in our power to resolve your issue to your satisfaction.

 

1) Send us an email using the link below with the subject line RETURN REQUEST and we will issue you a Return Authorization Number (RA).

 

2) After receiving your returned planner and reviewing the issue information we will do our best to resolve the problem.
